You just repeat what is in the question such as on the why do you want to be that specific commander. From what I have seen you don't communicate, you don't have the greatest RP skills and you aren't the greatest role model. You haven't stated how you troops will be "Disciplined" and you also haven't stated what plans you might have, what strategies you might have. It generally seems like you've spent about 10 minutes writing this and just thought "That'll do".  Overall, due to your previous reputation I have of you, your general lack of detail and also the fact that you don't seem committed to one regiment worries me.
