I worked my ass off in a 212th battalion but roasted my commander ooc for being a idiot and he didn't promote me when I single handedly took out like an entire battalion of droids.[/b] [b]How Lore heavy will you and your regiment be? (No wrong answer, this is just so we know for when we do events): It really depends on the people in the regiment. I wanna be somewhere in the middle of custom lore and cannon lore. [/b] [b]Do you promise to help your troopers and not discourage them?(Constructive criticism): Yeah, I always want to help my troopers. I will motivate them with promotions if they did good, and that will motivate the others. I will try to give a small regiment debrief after every event. Tell them what they did good, tell they what they could improve on, the such Do you promise not to abuse you powers as a CO? (Be it Promotion, abuse of rank, spawning more 'Special Equipment' than you need.) : Yeah while I like my "Special equipment' to be overkill I wont abuse it. This application is a form of contract. Meaning if you break any rules or promises listed above or in the 'Rules' section of the server then you can be stripped of your rank. You will be given a series of warnings before this happens in order for you to correct your errors or mistakes. Once you reach the maximum amount of warnings (Total of 3 Official Warnings) then you'll be placed in an Admin sit (Like a trial) and will be taken through a formal process. If you have any issues with the admin sit, your warnings or being stripped of rank, such as if feel you've been unfairly treated or you feel you don't deserve to be punished then please appeal to the Owner via Discord or Steam (Spam will be ignored) and any further actions will be dealt with by him and him alone.
