However i do not give this app a -1. 

[size=300]Denied. [/size][size=150]As it stands you currently lack the time required and your approach to our Serious RP has been less than serious. This denial does not stop you from joining 307th and getting promoted. Also I never said anything about the obstacle course and if other staff or players tell you you'll get it then ignore them.[/size]
